Another Ridiculous decision by the Immigration Authorities

As I understand it...

1. He was here illegally in the first place
2. He had no driving licence,insurance etc
3. He leaves the scene of an accident
4. He kills a human being

Result - We Brits infringe his human rights
Shame on you Britain. How could we treat this poor crimi..er man so badly
