The massive £195,000,000 Euro Lottery has been won in the UK. How come we seem to win the big one more than any other country? Just buy more tickets I guess.

Is that actually the case, or do we just hear about the big wins here because they are, er, here? (I'm not trying to be argumentative, just don't know the answer and can't be bothered to look into it!)

As for how I would spend it, I would give the majority of it away. But then, as I very rarely do it, it's very unlikely to be me winning it!
