On a free transfer and £60-£70k a week, worth a two year contract in my opinion even if there is little or no resale value.

Eh? He's 31 years old and has scored 3 Prem goals in his last 30 Prem matches, just 5 in 29 in the Turkish leagues.

There's a reason why he's been playing for Swansea for the last few seasons. He would be a good fit for one of the 3 relegated teams looking to bounce back, i.e. Fulham.

Well if he is looking for a contract somewhere else l very mush doubt it will be on anything like that money. Probably too old now, but we did supposedly show an interest in him last year I wonder if he might be a wild card?

Not happening. Maybe he was one of the alternatives to Welbeck last year when there was not much left to choose from but I dont see him coming this year.

If Welbeck doesn't re-sign, then I wouldn't be against giving Ayew a one year contract with the caveat that we sign another striker.
