the bitch has got off on a technicality.:nono:

Justice was served, unfortunately the police have left it too late to catch the real killer. Good luck to the acquitted.

But wasn't Rudy Guede convicted for murder and sexual assault?

I would.

However I really hope Knox does not become some sort of 'celebrity' off the back of this. A girl has been murdered ffs, the focus should be on her and not some American tart. Though to reiterate I still would.

What happens to Guede now? Surely if the evidence was denied as adequate then the evidence condemning him is also null and void?

Guede decided to go for a separate fast-track trial. He was originally sentenced to 30 years which was reduced to 16 on appeal. I don't get that. But I think after tonight he'll be thrown to the wolves.

I believe that the Carbonara are going to appeal and take it to the Supreme court. Will Foxy be allowed back to the good 'ol US in the meantime ? if so, would she ever come back to face trial again ? I think that once in the US you will never see her out of it again.

WTF?

I said earlier about the old bill in these tinpot nations. Botched evidence gathering and flimsy circumstantial evidence. Indeed it was trial by media, in the face of the world's media the Italian Judge needed someone to pay and that was Knox and her boyfriend were the scapegoats. I'm sure there's a third party involved, some african bloke who blatantly did it.

Everyone should be pleased that an objective decision was made based on the evidence available.

And if that does happen , any extradition treaty the UK has with the USA must be torn up

If you are going to bring the UK into it...

If they were working with the evidence gleaned by the Italians, the authorities over here would have struggled to get it to court.
