It's genuine. Unless Andy Naylor was fooled too. He tweeted the account shortly after interviewing him.

As of April 2018 Brazil was 6th on the number of active twitter accounts. I’m fairly certain having hosted an olympics and a World Cup in the last few years they understand social media, even if this particular account was a fake.

It's blatantly fake. The Portuguese sentence in the first post is wrong, it's been put through Google translate. Confirmed by my missus who is Portuguese!
