Ah - you typed it wrong, hence the confusion. You said "If he's not signed for us he's just made himself look v silly...." and you can't have the second 'he' meaning a different person than the first 'he'.

I think we dodged a bullet with this one. His body language in the photo screams that he doesn't even want to be there. I've never heard a player say that any league would be too tough for them so I hope that statement bites him in the 4rse with the other clubs that may be interested in him.

We were willing to pay 1.4m, and agreed a deal with NEC. He looks mustard. He visited the amex, but (so far) he'd rather play in the top tier. I think that's why it's got to 60 pages.

Still think we may get him. His agent hinted that he may be available to sign in '4weeks' so maybe if there's no other top flight options, we may get him. Who knows... Also the 2 signings we've made won't have gone unnoticed...
