really dour manager, i would consider self harming if he replaced gus

career highlights:
-winning the SPL with an overspending Rangers
-promotion from the championship with one of the bigger clubs (simply getting promotion from the championship is NOT a clear indication of a good manager, so many average managers have achieved this)
-league cup win, completely ruined by the fact that they were relegated in the same season- which is more important really?

This is what happens when your owned by rich foreign owners who really don't have a clue and think that money can buy success, they've seen it at Chelsea and think they can do the same including sacking managers for no good reason.
We're lucky to have an Albion fan as Chairman who's realistic in what the club can achive at this moment in time and not some clown who's got himself a plaything because he's got fed up with fast cars & big yachts.
If you think that appointment is bad it maybe nothing compared to what Blackburn may do in the coming days, watch this space.
