What do we reckon our income will be next season? would the average be £700 per person spent on tickets and sundries? times this by 20,000= 14 million!!! is this figure about right?

No. Its miles wrong.
Take me as an example. I have three ST (myself and 2 lads).
Our ST are £650 in total and we'll spend about a tenner a game in total on a program, and a drink.
So for those 3 people its £800 over the season, not your projected £2100.
Try again.
My point is, there will not be 20,000 Adults. There are thousands of kids and seniors.

That's more or less how my expenditure pans out. Just under £500 in season tix for my son and me, and probably £7 or £8 once inside the ground on average, so about £700. Mind you, I'd spend a lot more if I wasn't supporting a family.No. Its miles wrong.

Mr H, as much as love you and your contribution's to this board to bits, somtimes you come accross a tad aggresive, the above being a prime example, .
Accepted.
I think it depends who I'm replying to though...
If its one of our resident trolls, I'm less freindly. Uncalled for on this particular occassion though![]()
I reckon we could match that with conferences and concerts. We're only allowed one 20,000 capacity concert, but we can have more 10,000 concerts which is still considerably more than any other venue in the area.Assuming we go up my guess is £12M matchday, £3M TV, £3M commercial, in total £18M.

dont forget that we will only get 20% of all catering and bars due to outside partners Azure

An average of £700 per seat doesn't sound unreasonable once a year's worth of programmes, pints, pies and blue&white flavoured merchandise is all factored in and Cup games are included too.
However, Albion's revenue streams will be boosted by other events at the Amex, be it the annual gig or the weddings, meetings and conferences that will be regularly hosted.
Beyond that, there is also other football related income - which I think is in the region of £4m for a Championship team and extras such as 'on TV' bonuses.
Out of interest, are there any Romeos or Juliets on here who have been in touch with the club with a view to having the first wedding at the Amex?
Two Albion fans name the day for Falmer stadium wedding debut
The fixture list for Brighton and Hove Albion’s first season at the new Falmer stadium may not be out yet – but the first match will be on Saturday 9 July.
It’s not a friendly. It’s a more intimate match than that, as that’s the date when two Albion fans will kick off their marriage – at 3 o’clock, of course.
Kev Attwood, 49, and Sue King, 46, will be the first couple to wed at the Amex Community Stadium.
Mr Attwood, a fan since the age of 10, said: “We’ll be getting married in a room overlooking the pitch.
“It’s on a Saturday at 3 o’clock.
“We’re holding our reception in another room there – they’ve got loads of rooms you can hire out.
“We hope to have our wedding photos on the pitch or beside the pitch.
“The club and Martin Perry (the chief executive) have been fantastic.”
