Howells goal was a good one after strong pressing by Slater and Mullins on left. Mullins found Howells on edge of area who promptly lobbed ball into top right corner. Liverpool are strong runners and probably too experienced for our young side. Good to see Offish back on the pitch. Presumably this means he won't be going back out on loan.

It's been said by someone on here that U21 matches don't count for topping up the number of clubs a player can play for in a season, so presumably Offiah can still go out on loan.

If that's right, of course.
