I think @AZ Gull has posted about that game. But it is quite a rapid rise for our 15 year cousin of 18 year sensation to play and score twice in an Under 21 gameI wonder how young the U18s who beat West Brom this morning were!

Apparently two 15 year olds started for us todayBoom!
And a 15 yr old starting against Liverpool u21s - superb.
We had TWO 15-year-olds start the game - centre-back Freddie Simmonds also started.Boom!

The normal, U-18s and U-17s.I wonder how young the U18s who beat West Brom this morning were!
Is Harry Jamie’s sonWe had TWO 15-year-olds start the game - centre-back Freddie Simmonds also started.
Yes. Son of Bognor's assistant manager Jamie Howell. Is Harry Jamie’s son
I’ve see on various social media that HH is more highly rated than his cousin. We had TWO 15-year-olds start the game - centre-back Freddie Simmonds also started.
I don't have any thoughts, seeing as the only time I have seen Harry Howell in action was the 3 or 4 minutes he played on Tuesday (plus half-heartedly watching a stream of an England U-16 match).I’ve see on various social media that HH is more highly rated than his cousin.
Having seen those halfway line goals by our current 1st team wonderkid when he was a lad, I find that almost impossible to believe.
Thoughts?
Doubt anyone posting on social media has seen much of him in either training or matches.I’ve see on various social media that HH is more highly rated than his cousin.

My son is the same age and has played against quite a lot of the u16’s. Sounds like a really strong group. The hottest prospect was Shim Mhueka, who left and went to Chelsea. Shim’s brother is half decent as well. Believe he’s still with us.My son is the same age and has played against quite a lot of the u16’s. Sounds like a really strong group. Harry Howell and Freddie Simmonds are the next most highly rated from what I hear. seem them both play a couple of times. Harry is great on the ball. Huge football intelligence for a young player. He’s grown up around football. Both play for England.
After those two you have Tyler Silsby, an attacking player who usually plays off the left, cutting inside. He’s also featured for England recently. Adam Brett’s a left footed striker who’s in the Welsh squad. Jess Middleton is another one to look out for. CDM with a great technique. He’s a bit like Hinshelwood, can play in multiple positions.

Nine (9) U21 'first teamers' are away in Dubai with the first team. Add to that those out on loan in the EFL, and considering that those that played yesterday did a bloody impressive job! And the U18s still won their match earlier yesterday with at least two of their top players unavailable due to them filling gaps in the U21s.We have a number of "first team" U21s missing (Hinchy, Cahill, O' Mahony, Duffus, Kavanagh, Barrington, BBB) and are playing 15 year olds! Presumably some of the U21s must have been taken to Dubai?
