I've always maintained that Oscar Garcia should have left Rohan Ince alone. He came through the ranks as a centre back, and a very promising one at that.

Successful at first when converted to central midfield, but then it all started to go pear shaped for him. A wonderful thing hindsight.

He is partially deaf, which the club tried to keep, er, quiet at the time and I've always wondered if that affected him.

I thought he was just what we needed at the time. Turned out I was wrong.

Culverhouse was a fantastic signing for us.

We improved massively the season he played as Horton bought in a bit more quality with the likes of Arnott, Hot Rod & Richie ‘The Bear’ Barker.

Then it all just went down hill and he disappeared into virtual obscurity after got about £250k for him. Such a waste.
