Awful, awful, AWFUL appointment. I genuinely can't believe that even Ashley is that stupid. The only way Hughton's sacking would have been even remotely justified was if they were able to attract a top manager, and Jol may fall into that catagory. Appointing an average Championship/League One manager just makes the club look even more embarrassing.

Also, he'll probably realise that Kaz destroyed Southampton when we played them at home last year, after coming on as a sub, so will probably want a better look at him.
