Because White is worth whatever we value him at. Leeds seem to put him between 20 and 30m AMN has been valued by the press at 10 to 15m. That sounds low to me and Whites sounds high but perhaps the AMN figure is a release clause

He’s got promise but needs to work out his best position and concentrate on that. He’s been played in various positions and his performances have been a bit eratic. Would be interesting.

His manager will advise which is his best position and then select him

Doubt it will matter

If he comes here he won’t be playing LWB I wouldn’t have thought.

He can stay at Arsenal if he wants to do that, our chance is to tempt him with the opportunity to play in the position he wants to play.

Arsenal are due back at Wembley four weeks from today for the Community Shield against Liverpool (29th August).

I'm sure they'll want at least a couple of friendlies before then.
Which I reckon will mean many transfer decisions will taken in the next week or so.

Yeah however decent a prospect he is, he'd struggle to compete with those three!

Guardian also reporting that Arsenal are interested in Ousmane Dembele too. He's not a positional threat to AMN but he would add significantly to Arsenal's expenditure which would presumably need to be counter balanced by offloading some players.

So that's positive if we are genuinely interested in AMN.
