I know Bushy...I like getting a rise out of you, and have done again.

of course it doesnt happen much...you rarely see men pissing against a wall in Brighton, you rarely see street violence in Brighton,
you rarely see people vomiting on public transport, you rarely see drunk people attempting sex in public in Brighton....

but then again, im speaking from 1930s England, and not the present day.

Not being funny, but have you ever been to Brighton, because if you think none of that happens regularly,
you must stay indoors all the time your in the area.

The way I see it - People in this country (whether born here or not) and who are indigenous to another land ( their motherland) will obviously have very strong feelings about this country invading/interfering with their motherland. Especially when innocent people are killed!

If the boot were on the other foot and say England was invaded by Spain and Spanish soldiers were interfering and killing innocent English woman and children ( whether by mistake or not) then I'm sure a good few English ex pats living in Spain would be outraged! They may even fly home to fight against the Spanish?

Problem is our country is dependant on oil. Look what happened during petrol strikes?? Are we willing to give up our cars and lifestyles? Or do we have to accept that Oil is a massive national interest and we have to invade other countries to protect that commodity?

yes , i've lived there more recently than you , and as i;'ve said before none of the above happens with the same frequency or with such a dont care attitude as shitting in the street in india, as for getting a rise out of me ?? do leave off grandad.

Whatever the reason its acceptable , this still doesnt make throwing shitty nappies out of a window any more acceptable , especially given the lack of necessity to do so, or perhaps you disagree?

You've been banging on about the nappy episode for what, 5 years now? Jeez did it traumatise you that much? Did it alter your world view for life? Worrying.

fine , as long as this attitude exists , and it does, five or six generations in , dont expect us to be cohesive as a nation , or people such as myself to accept people who openly declare their allegiance to another country, as british, they may be on paper , but thats all.
