I don't earn the money that he does but given the choice of being at a works party with all your mates and drinking and socialising or playing in a cup competition which he hasn't been involved with the squad for previously featuring all the young players, I know which one I would choose.

99% sure Kaz will be leaving, whether that be on loan or a permanent deal. Hughton will have Rosenior/Pocognoli as his back-up to the 4 wingers.
