So you will pump your millions into the club to pay him off will you or happen to know someone that will? Until then, I would rather spend the club's limited resources on trying to bring new players in than paying off another manager.

ok enjoy watching more shit with crowds of less than 4,000

On the basis that Adams has the worst back up team in the division I am still giving him the benefit of the doubt, just.

White, Booker, Brown and Knight are acting like they are at a non league club. Whilst Adams hasnt exactly covered himself in glory please think about having to work with those four twats.

Every player Adams wants to buy is out of Knight's "wage Structure" because Knight's "wage structure" is not competitive at this level. Equally agents have realised this and no longer recommend Brighton as a team, as Knight is also tight with agents fees. Admirable but it doesn't help you buy players when all pretty much all other clubs are taking a different approach.

Booker and White are not good coaches. neither has any League record than what they have done here which is not too much. Dean Wilkins was an excellent coach, far beyond these two and Adams. Adams therefore needs better coaching support than Wilkins did, but again Knight will not oay the wages to get them, He is still paying off Wilkins and Chapman.

Brown runs the club in the shadow of Knight. He does not make any decisions for himself and has the PR of a complete fool. The best marketing ideas have been posted on here and many are ignored. The commercial side of the club is falling apart under Brown, and the prospect of the lowest ever season ticket sales looms.

Knight is looking old, tired and completely out of touch. His decision, with no explanation, to sack a promising and up and coming young manager who was Brighton through and through was astonishing and can only be justified in some vain logic by the fact that Knight didn't like the fact that Wilkins didn't agree with his style of negotiation with some of the players. Something that is a common friction between managers and chairman throughout the league. But Knight would not put up with it and so appointed his out of work friend. Dick, for the love of god, sort this mess out. Get Booker/White out and let Mickey get his own men in, and for once give him a fighting chance in the transfer window, some decent money to actually attract something better than other clubs cast offs, and get brown out as well. Failing that then take that well earned break and get out of the hot seat. Sorry mate but you're past it.

The board took the decision to bring him here, it was unnecessary but they paid up. It is therefore their responsibility to find the money to rectify their mistakes, they cannot let their own foolishness damage the club.

Out!

Club has a non league set up, clear out the coaching staff.

As I have said before and as Giraffe has stated in this thread, Dick you are past it move to lifetime president or something similar and let somebody else run the club at a operational level.

Out of interest, how has the voting changed over the last few weeks? Suspect the outs are much stronger now than before.

Out - Has to go now. If we can't beat a crap League 2 team at home then there is no other choice.

People need to get their heads out of their arses and realise that things are NOT going to get better and on current form we WILL be relegated. We will struggle to come back up next year as we will have lost the couple of good players we've got.

Reality check please people - this is a football club not a f*cking charity...Adams out!

Micky will be a HERO at the end of the season. The HERO that saved us from relegation to the basement division, and the HERO that won us the greatest cup competition in the whole world, the JPT :jester:

Were you a inny or outy? I'm not ashamed to admit i voted in.

Far more than a McGhee poll ever produced,

NSC is not reflective of all albion support but interesting none the less

Still sitting on the fence, with a leg either side.

I'm going to wait until the transfer window has closed and see how serious we are about bringing (decent) players in.

It is noticeable that the in vote has picked up recently (although still well behind). I think people storm home after a poor performance and are pissed off so vote out. The people who sleep on it and then vote today are more realistic and accept that the club will not sack Adams so vote in. Just a thought.

I'm prepared to keep the faith - for now. We are one game away from a cracking day out at Wembley. A win on Saturday will be a massive boost too. But I really want to see the Micky Adams of 7 years ago return with the passion and fire in his belly to drive us forward. That and one or two decent signings could be the turning point.
