A good read. Some of his wisdom and experience, with fresher legs alongside ( Bissouma being the prime example) bodes well.

Cheers. I didn't appreciate - although thinking about it it's hardly a surprise (and will have been part of the attraction of the Albion) that he lives in Bournemouth. That's a long commute - easier at the moment as fewer cars on the road.
