The change has already started to happen this season. Lots of other fans recognising we’re playing good progressive football, Klopp shouting out to Brighton and Potter especially, ditto Guardiola.

Other fans are now starting to covet our emerging talent (eg, Lamptey, Maupay, Ben White).

The tide is most certainly turning, and a signing like Lallana is the icing on the cake.

We are a club who’s going places and the football world is starting to notice.
