Both have ancient texts claiming the land to be theirs.

Wow, in the text of the screenplay of Superman II it's written that he fought the 3 aliens in the streets of New York City

Wow, in the text of the French "prophet" Rael it's written that he had a revelation with aliens who told him that he is a prophet.

Wow, in the text that I worte it's says that last week I took you on a flying carpet from Derbyshire to Flintshire and because of that you shouldn't step over a carpet cause it's a flying device and you owe me 100$ for that and if you refuse to give me 100$ then I will call you an infidel.

Everybody can write books from here to the Matlock mountain in England.

The Torah wasn't written by humans but was given by G-d to 3 million witnesses who heard G-d speaks this Torah.

BTW, those Noachides who been raised as Christians and those Noachides who been raised as Muslims do not contradict the fact that the Exodus from Egypt happened nor the revelation in mount Horeb, nor the words of G-d that this land belongs to the children of Israel

As you can watch by yourself in the 23:44 minute of this video

I always thought the Torah, or The Five Books of Moses as it referrers to, was only given to Moses, when he was alone with the burning bush?

You know, "And God spoke to Moses...", and all that?

???

Are you serious? The stadium has been renovated since then

Needed renovation that stadium, was a bit of a dump and the traffic gridlocked some way from the stadium, so we had to get out and walk the last couple of miles. Avi Cohen was the local hero at the time. He played for Liverpool at the time I think.

Tel-Aviv was an excellent place to spend a week and we got to go to Jerusalem, Also Bethlehem, which I'm guessing is probably off the tourist trail nowadays. Only tricky moment for the tour organisers was when they made the mistake of taking a coachload of us Scotland fans to a vineyard. 'We will be stopping here for one hour' said the guide. About five hours later she was still trying to round us all up... :drunk:

Got match tickets from the cousin of a friend in Hove. They lived in Kafr Saba. I remember telling them that the friend in Hove wouldn't so much as turn on a light switch on the Sabbath. They had a laugh at this and said that 'the Jews in Hove are more Jewish than the Jews in Israel'

G-d spoke to Moses when Moses was on the top of the Horeb mountain but the revelation in which G-d spoke the Torah was infront all of the nation.

???

Classical rabbinic writings offer various ideas on when the entire Torah was revealed. The revelation to Moses at Mount Sinai is considered by many to be the most important revelatory event. According to datings of the text by Orthodox rabbis this occurred in 1280 BCE. Some rabbinic sources state that the entire Torah was given all at once at this event. In the maximalist belief, this dictation included not only the "quotes" which appear in the text, but every word of the text itself, including phrases such as "And God spoke to Moses...", and included God telling Moses about Moses' own death and what would happen afterward.

Other classical rabbinic sources hold that the Torah was revealed to Moses over many years, and finished only at his death. Another school of thought holds that although Moses wrote the vast majority of the Torah, a number of sentences throughout the Torah must have been written after his death by another prophet, presumably Joshua. Abraham ibn Ezra and Joseph Bonfils observed that some phrases in the Torah present information that people should only have known after the time of Moses. Ibn Ezra hinted, and Bonfils explicitly stated, that Joshua (or perhaps some later prophet) wrote these sections of the Torah. Other rabbis would not accept this belief.

Your own rabbi's can't even make their mind's up, but nothing there about it being presented infront of thousands of people.

Most of the Jews in Israel keep the Sabbath. I started to keep it 4 months ago.

Mount Horeb is mount Sinai, this is the name of the mountain in the Sinai desert. This is the name of the mountain in the Torah.

I don't know from which website you took this quote of yours, the Torah was given in a certain day and there is even a Jewish holiday for that day, it's called Matan Torah holiday (Matan Torah means: giving of Torah) and it's right after the holiday of Sukot. You can quote from many ignorant websites that quote "some Rabbis" - I can tell you this is rubbish.

Joshua didn't write anything, he received the Torah book from Moses before he died. (btw, G-d put a screen in front of Moses of a black fire letters upon a white fire screen and this is how G-d dictated it to Moses, no, you won't find it written in the Torah that this is how it was in the same way that you won't find other facts like how come Cain had a wife and had children after the murder of Abel, from where did this wife came from? It's not written in the Torah, the Orally Torah is saying that Adam and Eve had also daughters and Caine married one of them) and also each tribe of the 12 tribes got a Torah book from Moses.

And again, the Torah was received in one day. It's Matan Torah holiday.

Buzzer do you seriously believe all the stuff that Buba is posting, it's nothing more than propoganda? I find a lot of the so called facts could easily be argued against, in fact many of the so called facts that are being passed off are from the Bible, a book that is over 3000 years old (Old Testament).

I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt but he's quite clearly a mentalist.

Really pissed me off by saying that British Jews are not British. I'm gobsmacked how f***ing nutty his later rantings have become. I am officially distancing myself from the ignorant bigoted numpty.
