It's a good article which shares an interesting point of view. He's also generated plenty of interest, which is what a good article should do.

Very good read, and cites all the reasons why I hope to not have to vote out next time, and also touches on a few reminders as to why I have questioned GPs judgement calls.

Excellent article. I don't understand the criticism he's getting.

A pedant writes...

"The win at Tottenham on Monday put Brighton seven points clear of eighteenth placed Fulham."

If they can't even get the venue, or the DAY right, then how much else can we trust within this lengthy statistical blizzard ?

Agreed reads well. Perhaps a bit overwritten in in places and a few silly errors, but can forgive that minor indulgence given the level of effort and research that's clearly gone into the piece. Imagine it's entirely self-edited as well. Those saying it's crap probably need to brush up on their own comprehension. Certainly more interesting than Naylor's formula of ending every single article with a 'sage' statement linking right back to the opening.

If someone had said that my writing was so poor that English had to be my second language, I would have kept very quiet about it. I certainly wouldn't be telling the world via Twitter.

What a weird bloke.

He needs to update his name to Tom HiveStadium
