Excellent article. I don't understand the criticism he's getting.

Agreed reads well. Perhaps a bit overwritten in in places and a few silly errors, but can forgive that minor indulgence given the level of effort and research that's clearly gone into the piece. Imagine it's entirely self-edited as well. Those saying it's crap probably need to brush up on their own comprehension. Certainly more interesting than Naylor's formula of ending every single article with a 'sage' statement linking right back to the opening.
