No one is going to pre buy a ticket for a game so clearly going to be pay on the gate!

Can't make it due to work but if I have to miss any away games Cardiff isn't one I lose to much sleep about!

Shuddup dave! You can come with US LOT.

I'm sure we can accomodate the older gentleman, especially one with such excellent hoolie experience.

Edit: not to Cardiff, my lift has let me down.

5 of us heading down without tickets - will pay on the gate - when I phoned the club shop on Friday they said it was pay on the day.

What has happened to our away support this season? It’s been pathetic. We have only managed over a thousand at Derby, Leeds and The Scum. Under 600 at Stoke was dire, we look to be heading back to the apathetic days and a hard core of 400/500 at games, rather than the 1,000 its been for the last few years! Why have people stopped going? We have better performances and results away from home and a much better atmosphere!

Come on, get down to Cardiff tomorrow. See you all in the Ninian Park for a swift one just before kick off!!!!

I can accept other fans coming on here and mocking the empty seats on Sunday, but Palace fans are having a laugh. They could only must 800 fans to come those many many miles down from there local slums to salubrious Sussex!

This is spooky.

We have a soft spot for both of these teams. It's called Cardiff.

Gillingham, on the other hand ....

Mr Blobby, I can remember times in the mid to late 80's when our away support was even less than the 400/500 you mention, one of my first away games was Sunderland at Roker Park, there were less than 50 and a game at Man City in about 1988 when there can't have been more than 200.

The last couple of years or so the Withdean effect has undoubtedly helped lift our away support, there are quite a few people, myself included who just go to away games as and when they can afford them. When it comes to knocking other teams for bringing few fans the short distance to Sussex, we haven't always had a perfect record, my first away game was Charlton during the festive season in 84, only a couple of seasons outside the top flight we hardly had any support at all.

I can't make the game tomorrow for work reasons, otherwise I would have made the short journey to Cardiff, there are a couple of lads at work who support them, I expect some serious abuse on Wednesday if we don't get the right result.
