Seemed for all the work like old mates giving each other a nod and a wink and redistributing a bit of wealth from cash-rich Celtic to skid-row Albion on the back of Adam Virgo's highly unlikely transformation from plodding defender to top goal scorer. That deal probably near-enough saved the club at the time.Would be very surprised if either manager made so much as a bean out of the deal. Both good guys in my book until proven otherwise.
