Boycott reckons the pitch is a good 'un, worryingly.

Pitch looks very good for bowlers to me, negative field positions again from England, moving the man close to the bat into a position to save runs, bet one loops up in that exact position soon enough.

must....stay.....positive

Do the rules allow us to concede to save further humiliation? I say that as with all the match fixing going on in cricket am I the only one suspicious of the teams staggering form reversal since the summer Ashes tests?

No, same has occurred to me and no doubt a fair number of others.

Boycott is being a cock at the moment IMO. He seems determined to slag off England... WICKET!

How Boycott can slag off the toss call after 4 overs is amazing to me. We may end up regretting it but if Cook had chosen to bat on this green wicket and we made 150-200 he would have been saying we were mad not to put the Aussies into bat!

What a staggering stat that is, only 5.4% of Englands balls bowled in the entire series have been going on to hit the stumps, almost unbelievable really!

Amazing stat, we haven't had a single LBW in the series so far and only 5% of our bowled balls in the series would have hit the stumps! Maybe a reason why we have taken the top order a few times against the Aussie aggressive players who are more likely to edge it but struggled to destroy the tail who are more likely to be bowled or LBW?
