Why would anyone want anyone but the weakest possible opposition in the next round?

I favour Newport away because:

My best mate comes from there and I could have a nice time out with him.
I’ve never been to their ground.
I think it would be a decent game atmosphere wise.
I can’t see us losing in any scenario.

Barnet, Oldham or Newport look the best names in the hat for us.

Maybe also Accrington, Gillingham or Wimbledon.

I’m sure it was too.

Can’t see Hughton taking the same cavalier approach as Puell though.

Especially after the Lincoln result. That was damaging enough for Chris.

I like to think that, with PL survival now looking very likely and, with Hughton having won the FA cup himself on a couple of occasions, that we would fancy a good go at it this season.
