India have 134 lead. I wonder how many wickets we will lose getting back to level scores, 4 or 5?

Interesting all rounder battle between Ashwin and Stokes in this Series. Ashwin has home advantage and turning wickets and batted in an a self assured manner. Stokes won't give up with the ball in his hand, had many catches dropped off his bowling, has held many catches and batted well and got a century. Ashwin edging it I think but only half way through.

11-0

No doubt a hard grafted, indeed boring innings from Moeen, is the story for the rest of day... :lolol:

Think I was a little bit optimistic!

Looking like an innings defeat now.

It does get a bit boring seeing these collapses over and over. Do we never learn?

Nope. A nothing shot to get out.

Am I the only one who is not convinced by Ali as a test player? Yes, he has scored some runs, but is he selected for his bowling or batting?

You ought to be.

There is not a single Test match player in the WORLD, who is above Mooen Ali in both disciplines (Batting 33, Bowling 23)*

*Ben Stokes is right next to him in both lists, and may overtake him in the bowling when today's wickets are factored in.

Haven't you got the averages wrong?

batting bowling
34.00 and 39.44 Moeen Ali
55.31 and 24.64 Ravichandran Ashwin.
35.8 and 34.6 Ben Stokes

There's only one winner.

Shakib Al Hasan of Bangladesh as well. 39.05 with the bat, 32.18 with the ball.
