For the third year running Leon throws his toys out of the pram, just how many times can you let him behave like this.
Just who does he think he is?

Oh dear god you lot have lost the plot. Would your rather survive in this league by playing your best players or would you like to go down just because one of your players was unhappy about being taken off. Think about it

And you're totally missing the point :dunce:

MM said LK was out of order and since the incident has made no attempt to apologise for his 'petulance'. No attempt to apologise to either MM or Bob B. I suspect the White Shirt on eBay hasn't helped matters too much.

He needs to grow up and grow up pretty f***ing sharpish.

Rubbish

Leon is the only one in our team ( apart from Allez Les Fruit) who knows where the goal is.

He can be as petulant as he likes as long as he scores or sets up goals.

McGhoo OUT

He certainly knows where the goal is-trouble is, he doesn't put the ball in there quite as often as a 'star striker' should.

you are only as good as the players who supply you the ball.

With the exception of Fruitee, all our other midfielders are not up to it( and I am concerned about carole who I thought was a world beater).....hammond may be good but flatters to deceive and misses far to many chances

Mark McGhee. A great manager, man motivator and surperb tactician. We're lucky to have him. His eye for a bargain in the transfer market is also second to none.

Here's to you Mark. 3-0 isn't that bad...and Turienzo looks a cracking buy.

:lol::clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

You're taking the piss,right? ???

Barrel of Fun

Abort, retry, fail
I am behind Mark McGhee. I didnt go to todays game, but he has done wonders for the club.

Do we need reminding of our limit resources and how we have missed out on upto £35m in revenue over the last 10 yrs.

We stayed up by a whisker last year and it was always going to be tough this year. To say we are going down is beyond belief. Nothing is won or lost before Christmas. We still have many games against our relegation rivals and just need to keep picking up points along the way. It will be yet another astounding achievement to stay up this year and I have faith that we can do that.

To be frank this was timed well to drop Leon. It should give him a kick up the backside that perhaps he needs. Remind him who is boss. And lets face it, we never do very well away to Stoke. We can and will bounce back. Keep the faith.

This seasons goal scorers are:

Hammond 3
McShane 3
Knight 3
Frutos 2
Robinson 2
CKR 2
McCammon 1
Carpenter 1
Carole 1

Have to agree DTG, Knight is the ONLY one who knows where the goal is :dunce: Been head and shoulders above everyone else so far

Why feel the need to take sides? Obviously a manager cannot be seen to be second to a petulent player, no matter how prodigious that player is.
The trouble is for us at the moment, is that the side are not coming away with the points, and petulant players are still ultimately the responsibility of the manager.

Do you want to be chanting the praises of a manager who loses all his better players to mutinous attitudes?
McCammon and Knight are not free-scoring talents, and their discipline has been questionable.

The bottom line is definitely that no-one is bigger than the club, and anyone who fails to perform can be asked to 'hop it'.
Maybe Leon is not performing, but then neither is McGhee apparently. Maybe MM is 'stiff-necked' and it's his way or the highway, but that does not win games in itself.

I see no reason to take one side over another here - I just want the team to win.

2 weeks ago it was Magoo is God.
Now it is Magoo must go again.
Does anyone really think that his ability can change that quickly?

So we lost 3-0 , why does there have to be a scapegoat ? MM picks the side and we lose because leon isn't playing ? Get real , there are probably going to be 7 or 8 teams involved in the relegation dogfight and we knew before the start of the season that it would be a struggle to stay outside of the relegation zone at times , what's important is that we aren't in it after the final game (v Stoke). Did not go to the game today due to lack of cash - travel/tickets/food etc for us would have cost £85 , so existing on the breadline is similar to what the club has to do. If we spent the £250k on CKR and the Argie I hope we soon see a return for our money. If LK doesn't realise what a prat he is making of himself and wont apologise to MM then he should be made available as a "free" in January as no other club will offer any money for him. In his place we may get a loanee who will stick the ball in the net for us.
