Yes. Potter confirmed it in the Fans Forum, and Locadia confirmed it via his Instagram account.
We will get formal confirmation when Albion announce their “25” squad to the PL later this week.

Made his PL debut v Swansea - perhaps that’s where he’ll restart his Albion career in a fortnight.

No bad thing

Better bet than Connolly at the moment

This is the formally submitted 25 man squad then or rather 22 adult players >>

Remember doesn't include u21s (Connolly, Lamptey, Roberts, Richards, Tsongui, Leonard - all of whom likely to play some role given 9 subs rule)
Baluta and Locadia stay in the squad - suspect that wasn't the original plan. Injuries and take up of loan offers/incoming/sale offers explains that.
And the Dicker thing - like Crofts before i don't understand but there must be some reason. Doesn't mean he'll be playing PL games though.

1.Steven Alzate (HGP)
2.Tudor-Cristian Baluta
3.Yves Bissouma
4.Daniel Johnson Burn (HGP)
5.Marc Cucurella Saseta
6.Gary Richard Perry Dicker
7.Shane Patrick Michael Duffy (HGP)
8.Lewis Carl Dunk (HGP)
9.Pascal Gross
10.Adam David Lallana (HGP)
11.Jurgen Leonardo Locadia
12.Robert Lynch Sanchez (HGP)
13.Alexis Mac Allister
14.Soloman Benjamin March (HGP)
15.Neal Maupay
16.Jakub Piotr Moder
17.Enock Mwepu
18.Jason Sean Steele (HGP)
19.Leandro Trossard
20.Joel Ivo Veltman

What is there to understand?

Chance of playing - approximately 0.00005%, but there isn't a good reason NOT to name them if there is a slot available.

Probably 3 we didn’t plan to have in there (Locadia, Baluta and most likely Duffy). Add in Dicker, and 18 plus Lamptey, Connolly and some untried youngsters, it does feel on the ‘light’ side. Let’s hope for not too many injuries.

Ours sadly looking at how thin on the ground we are.

Doesn't look that thin at all when you include all those talented young players (not in the 25) listed, plus Scherpen.

Strange, isn't it, after some quite heated arguements here on NSC on whether we have to list every player (up to the limit of 25), or just every eligible player, that the club still goes with listing every eligible player, despite the fact that he's never going to get a game ahead of the youngsters, even if in emergency they're promoted from the youth ranks. I wonder why the club thought they had to do that?
Of course, as someone pointed out, it isn't presumably going to cost them any extra, but ............................ somebody must have thought it was a good idea.

I wonder how much it costs to pay those 59 players their salaries each month? An astounding investment in the future, the days of multi million pound signings for the Albion could be gone for the foreseeable future with so many possibilities from this group.

To those (I make it 57) players, and to complete the picture, you need to add the 8 "Over Age" loanees for which Albion may be paying a portion of their wages:

Over Age Loanees: Clarke (WBA), Arce (LDU Quito), Mitoma (USG), Østigård (Stoke City), Andone (Cadiz), Molumby (WBA), Zeqiri (FC Augsburg), Walton (Ipswich)

You don't have to wonder at all, you can look at the accounts to find out how much Albion pay in wages.
