A total clearout is needed, too many players arent trying hard enough and we arent PLR - simple as that. No passion or fight in the team, not much experience of a promotion fight either all of which is needed.

Oscar is the right manager/head coach without a doubt, but the players/effort given is our biggest failing this season. Today was a bloody good attacking line up - yet we didnt beat a shit team with only 10 men on the pitch !!

Shit team that we managed to lose to away last season? So an improvement, I believe.

Most of these players finished fourth last season.

I believe Sky were saying the Barnsley fans were up for it big time, and the players were too. These matches are never easy to win.

Some of the players are burned out - Rohan for example. Others have been in and out due to injuries. Oscar has had little luck in being able to pick a regular squad. The top two have had a largely settled side all season - it does make a difference.

Why is Oscar the right manager/head coach without doubt? What are you basing this on?

Whether or not Oscar is the right man (fence-sitter here) tactics and playing style need to be addressed as it is clearly not working. We are neither entertaining nor winning regularly. Would settle for just one if need be. Roll on next season after an exciting pre-season transfer diddling.

That's right, all the players are tired!!!! Tired of playing for a negative manager that has no motivational skills and the personality of a cucumber!!

My own personal belief of actually giving a manager time and understanding all the difficulties he has had to face - no pre-season, constant injuries, missing out on key signings, hasnt got his own players in, players not hitting form and players not giving 100% (though he can influence that).

He needs a full pre-season with us, simple as that. Changing a manager will just result in the same issues as this season - simple as that.

Or previous manager had them over-achieving.

Potentially, but improvements on what we have is needed - notably in the striker department, possibly defence too.

So surely than there has to be an element of doubt??? Could you also agree that he needs to change his style of play as he isn't getting anywhere near the best out of the players at his disposal who (even with all the injuries etc.) are a lot better than most of the displays this year. Unfortunately, professional player not giving a 100% (especially with a playoff place at stake) would suggest that the manager/head coach is not doing or can't do his job correctly! I would therefore conclude that there is a major doubt that Garcia is the man for the job!

Potentially? You can't have it both ways. If this squad isn't good enough and it is down to them then surely that means the manager who got the same group to fourth must have overachieved?

Also, our problem is not in defence. We have, for the second season running, one of the division's best defensive records.
