Johnny seemed unconvinced, but Warren seemed pretty sure. At least as sure as you can be when VAR is involved. There was: Warren Aspinall. I was listening to him and Johnny and he called it before it hit the back of the net.

But the freeze frame highlights he was correct NOT to flag.I called it straight away. I was right in line and was certain it was off. Couldn’t believe the Lino didn’t flag.
Warren called it straightaway. So at least one person, yes.Other than Lewis Dunk, was there anyone else in the entire stadium who thought there was even a vague possibility that there second goal could be ruled out?
Is the correct answerBut the freeze frame highlights he was correct NOT to flag.
Calls that tight can't be made on the field at full-speed.
Fair play, if that freeze frame is anything to go by and you were that sureI called it straight away. I was right in line and was certain it was off. Couldn’t believe the Lino didn’t flag.
Really ?
I'm convinced that's onside and certainly not clear and obvious
VAR for offside isn't about 'clear and obvious' in the way that penalties and red cards are. They draw the lines on the players, and if it shows as 1mm offside, it's given as offside.Really ?

A bit of a push, maybe went down too easily?Thought there was a clear foul on Veltman in the build up.
Yeah he “made the most of the contact” as the saying goes.A bit of a push, maybe went down too easily?
This is the part of VAR that really pisses me offVAR for offside isn't about 'clear and obvious' in the way that penalties and red cards are. They draw the lines on the players, and if it shows as 1mm offside, it's given as offside.
Thsts what i tbouhht they were looking atThought there was a clear foul on Veltman in the build up.
Yep, Warren called it straight awayThere was: Warren Aspinall. I was listening to him and Johnny and he called it before it hit the back of the net.
There might be a bit of whooshing going on hereReally ?
