We hope you have enjoyed Albion’s unbeaten start to the season at the Amex, and with four new signings it looks to be an exciting season ahead.
After receiving feedback from a number of Gold 1901 Club members throughout the first 12 months at the stadium, the club will be hosting a presentation to outline our vision to improve the matchday dining experience moving forward.
The presentation will take place on Friday 7th September from 8.30am until 9.30am in the Mezzanine Gold North Lounge. Whilst we appreciate this is short notice, we are keen for our members to experience the improvements at the earliest opportunity.
The presentation will be hosted by Albion Chief Executive Paul Barber and 1901 Club staff will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. Morning refreshments will also be provided while complimentary West Stand stadium tours will be available to members following the meeting.
If you would like to attend please RSVP by 5pm on Thursday 6th September to 1901clubbhafc.co.uk.
We hope you are able to join us.
Kind regards

Paul Rogers
Head of Commercial Services

What's the betting they run out of coffee...

Or no one turns up?

Presumably anyone that does turn up will leave just before half way through and come back during the second part because they can't go 90 minutes of a day without stuffing their faces with pies and beer.

It doesn't say the morning refreshments will be complimentary - just the stadium tour.

Take your wallets folks...

I do find it amusing that they feel the ability to phrase a win and a draw (which I am happy with, lest I am accused of being a moaner) as an "unbeaten start at the Amex".

I wonder when they'll be inviting their platinum members along, they'll probably need both the Profile Lounge and the BUPA Lounge for that one.

So 1901 members get breakfast and a tour, meanwhile us plebs in the stands get bugger all. Sounds typical of the way the club's going I suppose, forget about the real fans and focus on the money from the prawn sarnie brigade. Bet they'll probably sell the idea of matchday mascots at this breakfast.

Whose bed did you get out the wrong side of this morning?

I'm just not keen on what Barber's doing in general. It seems that since he's joined us, everything has become all about extracting those extra few quid from peoples already strained wallets. Having had a bit of a mooch looking for information on him, he's got a helluva lot of previous for it at Vancouver Whitecaps and Spurs.

That said, I think you've hit the on the head!!! I'm in a seriously mardy mood, and the odd thing is, I'm not sure why. Might just log off for a bit and go for a walk.......

The purpose is to get feedback on the 1901 catering. Why would they invite non-1901 members?

The 1901 members have paid a hefty whack for their services - and some if not most, it seems, aren't happy; so a breakfast where they're invited to offer comments on the services they receive would be deemed a good idea, I'd have thought. So if you're not a 1901 member, why are you bothered?

Not getting something for nothing.
