At least the girl who sang Chick, chick Chicken is redeaming herself in a very big way, and is now one of the most promising comedy actresses in the country. (but please don't lose the accent lass)

Excellent viewing, the list is absolutely spot on barring 5 or 6 choices.

Some great moments on the show included everyone dissing Michael Jackson re. Earth Song APART FROM some muppet off Blazing Squad (which just made him look stupid), Richard Blackwood being exposed as a total prick and Sabrina's tits.

Its a disgrace that Candle in the wind is even mentioned let alone in the top ten!!

What about Glad All Over by Palarse cup final team '91.
That surely should be there at number 1

Love is all around - solid ballad... Both these were good BUT played to death and therefore are the most Anoying songs ever!!
Candle in the wind - a touching tribute ti Do, good song anyway....Capitalising on someones death...original was a great track but was there really any need for this...??

Er... he's from So Soild Crew.

Ok, ok So Soild Crew it is - but is there really a difference? Both a troop of gansta wannabes from the inner city with no idea, each individual member lacking any sort of identity or personality...

Hang about, all the proceeds of Candle in the wind went to Diana's charity didn't it ?.

And Elton re-wrote the words to sing at her funeral and I think it was then released as a single with all proceeds going to charity.

It was re-written but his "Partner" Bernie who has wrote most of Elton Johns Tracks.

I don't think anyone was criticising the way the profits from Candle In The Wind went to charity, or the intention of the USA For Africa single, it was merely the fact that it was a rubbish rehashing of an old song.

Lets face it, plenty of people were so busy sobbing their hearts out for a woman they had never met, they'd have bought a new version of No Way No Way if it had any kind of tenous Diana reference. I laughed when one of the commentators on last night's programme said "we were all waiting for Elton to break out into Crocodile Rock".

Not everyone was a devotee of Diana, and I don't see why it's wrong to say you can't stand CITW. Free country....

Correct Bernie Taupin did write the original, however Elton himself wrote the Diana version.
