Yup. A strange bit of logic.
But it does highlight that tickets get to people who shouldn’t have them and that the spotter system isn’t foolproof.
There’s a post on here and someone is selling two 1901 tickets for £200+ …unless it’s a ruse by the club.
Nope. But it was the fan’s mitigation regarding the lifting of their ban from the Amex - that they had been going to away games and have caused no trouble. Kind of laughable that they could get round an FBO that easily but did support their argument regarding future conduct. A bit of egg on...
Thank you.
If CS (Colin Steer) makes any progress with the club in terms of the sanctions decision making process, and subsequent appeals, then I’ll be amazed.
But I think it something the FAB should have visibility on. The banning of fans is serious and the club hold all the cards.
This...
It’s all rather loose so that the clubs can use their discretion.
It’s the shitty corporate nature of the club that I try to ignore but it’s the double standards that frustrate.
That is abysmal. The whole point of the control of tickets was to reduce anti social behaviour by having segregation of fans. Not put a loyal fan in the middle of it at an away game.
It’s a breach of LFC’s Ground Regulations, and that would be the same around the country.
That’s on BHAFC...
Completely accept that and have the same feeling regarding the PL and all the nonsense that goes with it. Influencers and all the bollocks.
New fans, great. That global reach. I completely get it.
But, when the Club bang on about loyalty and fairness it feels like it’s only STH (non 1901)...
I’d add additional questions on the origins of the banoffee pie, knowledge of the word ‘twitten’, the rules of stoolball and then ask them to recite GOSBTS.
They’d also have to memorise Charlie Oatway’s full name.
I know they cannot take every circumstance into account but when i got the email I rather wished i had turned up in my hospital gown with my drip stand and have a nurse pump me full of antibiotics & pain relief at half time.
Just to prove a sodding point.
They should look at your attendance...
We clearly get away fans near us at the Amex for Tottenham, Arsenal etc but the worst was a rat arsed Man U fan who the stewards took an eternity to move and the idiot then started getting aggressive to some of our fans.
It was ugly and it ended up with a couple of fans helping the stewards...
Anyone else see this on Instagram today? Unless the Ticket reseller are an authorised partner of BHAFC then isn’t this scalping?
And if so, why is a fan then posting images tagging them? Allegedly there was a photo of two tickets and a reference to this third party but it has since been removed.
I had a great time on Saturday. Good people around us but there wasn’t a collective effort of support. Something that away games are made for really.
The team were great and we played some fantastic football.
Not everyone is going to agree but I don’t think you’re any more in the know than me or anyone else. And The Club are hardly going to open a debate for STHs, unless it’s not working for them.
