Unfortunately, I'd have to agree with you.
Opposition fans gave Zaha stick for his "diving" for years, but I never saw him go down without contact. He was an opportunist and usually knew when he'd received just enough contact to warrant falling over for a penalty, but he never actually cheated...
Ipswich and Spurs also had their "worst performance of the season" against us in recent weeks. It's just what Glasner winning the tactical battle looks like.
You've got a few excellent players, I really liked the look of Baleba in particular and Pedro/Enciso would have been dangerous on another...
If you speak to a lot of Palace fans in person then I must commend you on your choice of acquaintances :)
As for the others... I can only assume that your Twitter feed looks very different to mine!
Surely Brighton's transfer window has been exciting enough that you don't have to pointlessly misrepresent Palace's activity?
Everybody on earth has known for days that Lacroix and Nketiah were joining :lolol:
For all the talk I've read on here about a "fire sale" at Palace, we've actually sold...
He genuinely is a talented young keeper. The odds are against him because he's only six foot tall, but he has saved three penalties this season already which is extremely impressive. He seems to be something of a specialist in that department, and he's a fine shot stopper.
It remains to be seen...
Sam Johnstone is too good to be a second choice keeper and he knows it. It's only fair that he goes to start somewhere. Hopefully we can make a decent profit on him!
Signing Raheem Sterling would be a new low for Palace?! A 29 year old with 123 Premier League goals?
I suspect it won't happen for financial reasons (we're cutting our cloth in terms of wages and Sterling is on silly money) but it's just absurd to pretend that it wouldn't be a serious...
I think it's less about rats scurrying away and more about unfancied players being moved on.
Ayew has been a great servant to the club for a long time, but he doesn't suit Glasner's system. £5m + £3m for a player turning 33 in a few weeks is a great fee. I also think he'll do a good job for...
By all accounts, selling Andersen is our way of backing Glasner and bringing in the quicker centre half that he is demanding.
I'll be sad to lose Joachim, he's a handsome devil and I've loved watching him ping 50 yard crossfield passes into feet for the last few years. £30m is an objectively...
If nobody buys him, that suits Palace just fine. We've got no need to sell & we'd love to keep him. He has another three years on his contract, so that's not a problem.
As for why someone might still want to buy him after his buyout clause expired, it's common knowledge that City have been...
Parish must think that either a. Newcastle will up their bid and try a fifth time, or b. Marc will sign a new contract with a pay rise and a release clause if he doesn't get to move.
Newcastle are definitely a step up from Palace, but I'm not convinced they're his ceiling. Perhaps in 6/12...
Michael is the not the most eloquent wordsmith. I don't think it's a bad attitude - I suspect there's something else going on.
Anyway, the Bayern fans won't care how well he comes across in interviews when he's curling shots in from 25 yards every week. We'll miss him terribly.
Do I really have to dig out my folder of pictures of Lewis Dunk getting sat on his arse before conceding? I normally save that for quiet evenings when the other half goes out...
