Just got through to the ticket office (eventually, 35 bloody minutes!!! but thats another thread).
They said you can buy tickets for the terrace direct from Rovers ticket office now and pick them up at the ground. You get an "early bird" price of £16 (£2 off) before 5pm today too!!
All phones these days allow you to connect to the internet using mobile 2G or 3G data networks. All the WiFi means is that you can also connect to the internet using a wireless router at home, in a pub, in an airport etc.
Give it a go and see what you think. Download the release candidate in the post above and install some hosted vitualisation software like VMware Workstation, VMware Server or Virtual PC. You can install it on your existing OS and try it.
How much storage do you need and do you need it to be portable? You'll get a lot more for your money if you go for an external desktop drive than a portable drive . However, they're not as convenient if you want to take it out and about as they're bigger and need external power.

The dongles use the 3G data network of the mobile provider so bandwidth will depend on both 3G coverage and the number of other people using the local 3G network for data including mobile handsets. I think the theoretical bandwidth for 3G is 2MBps but in practice you will be lucky to get 500K...
You need to find out which of the big 4 provides 3's 3G network as I don't think they have their own. I know that Orange provide their 2G but not sure about their 3G.

Thats very interesting because my girlfriend is a fully qualified nurse who is required to run her ward as an equivalent old E-grade and she earns 21.5K. But then you know better what random figure is printed on her pay slip than I do don't you? :rolleyes: :tosser:
