We just got back from an efficient visit to the pub with newborn in tow. We managed to walk there have a couple of drinks, eat and return in 2 hours between feeds. Newborn is now attached to my other half so I think my chances of further romance tonight are slim to say the least :lolol:
Ditto although I choose to make proper tea over the vends available. I also have an Albion mug at my desk but I don't do rounds. I wouldn't trust anyone to make my tea properly.

Doesn't bother me really. I can't see as it will alter my current interest in the Premiership which is none. I've watched one match in the last two seasons and that was only because a mate wanted to watch a Liverpool game in the pub. None of it holds any interest to me whatsoever. The whole...
Exactly. Of course it's irresponsible to spend money you haven't got but if you give people enough rope there's plenty of people who will hang themselves.
Yep, all sounds vary familiar. I generally find that incompetent managers get into a position that is beyond their capabilities through either brown-nosing the right people or, as you say, saying the "right" things at the interview rather than proving the right things.

Cheers guys. Think I'll drop into my local branch and have a chat. The rate on Barclays offset seems pretty competitiive (5.96% after today's drop), theres no early repayment fees and I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that they do a free valuation.
Any idea who's best for Offset Mortgages? Barclays/Woolwich seem to have a pretty good rate that I'm looking at. The One Account's interest rate seems to be astronomical.
