    Next 4 fixtures.

Seeing as it's been mentioned the next 4 fixtures for our 'friends' up the road. How do we fancy our next 4?: Bournemouth A Newcastle H Arsenal A Everton H. 4 points would be OK. 6 would be great. Can't see anything from the last 2 fixtures really, although Everton haven't started well.

    O/T - How Regularly Should Car Air-Con Get Re-Gassed?

Advice please. My car is going in for a service today (in case it's of relevance, it's an A5, 15 plate). I'm being asked if I want the Air-Con serviced/re-gassed for £79. I know they do need doing every so often, but it's only a 2 year old car. Is this one of those things where they try to...

Anyone subscribe to any online newspapers?

In the past I used to read a lot on the Telegraph business section before it went to the Premium service. I avoid the tabloids (Mail, Express, Sun, etc.), so wondered if anyone had any experience/views of any of the 'better' newspapers online offerings. Or any suggestions for decent...

    French presidential election.

Can't see a thread on this but an interesting outcome is quite possible. The polls are tight and the attack last week has complicated the situation even more. 11 candidates, but only 2 go through to the run-off. There is the chance that Le Pen and Melenchon could get through as the polls are...

O/T - where to buy decent bed.

Looking to change bed so obviously the place to get opinions is NSC. Looking at a decent bed/mattress (we spend approx 1/3 of our life in bed, so why go cheap). Any suggestions in terms of make and retailers? Thanks.

The next 2 games will answer the question - Who is more massive?

Poor old Toon. Away to the Masssive Wednesday tomorrow. Then, next games home to the Massive Champions of Europe. This age-old question will hopefully finally be answered soon - who is more Massive?

    Newcastle : next 9 fixtures.

6 of their next 9 games are again the other sides in the top 7. So, it could mean that after they've played Leeds on 15th April we have a nice gap (assuming we don't lose on Tue), or they could be still right in there with an OK end of season set of games. For us, after Tue, all we have is...

By the time we play our next league game...

Reading will have played twice. Leeds will have played twice. Newcastle and Massive once. How much pressure on them all (apart from Newcastle) to win these games? If they don't win, then the task of catching us (assuming they still think they can) will be even bigger. We can sit back an relax...

Knockaert - skillful but bloody hard working too.

How many flair players put in a shift too? Some players build their game on graft (nothing wrong with that BTW), but out little magician does both. He skins other teams but also works his nuts off for the team. I can't think of any other creative players with his work ethic. There was a stat...

Has any team ever had 51 points at this stage and failed to gain automatic?

Be interesting to know. Not that it would mean that we are certain to go up, but be interesting if a team has ever imploded that much. After all, 11 wins from 23 remaining games would put us on 84 points which doesn't sound that difficult really. Reading would still need 41 points to match...

Pubs in Haywards Heath showing game?

Anyone know if it's on in a pub in Haywards Heath?

PPG for top 10 and required PPG for rest of season.

Looks like Villa/Fulham/Leeds/Massive would have to have a storming second half to get to 90 points (I've chosen 90 as 89 brings back bad memories). I guess the reality is that second place is likely to require less than 90.

Cricket Australia Asks For Pregnancy Details Before Contacts

Hmm. This will get people up in arms I bet. Cricket Australia has asked female cricketers to declare if they are pregnant before signing a central contract. They currently honour central contracts if someone becomes pregnant during the term of the contract (I assume they are annual...

Friday Night : Norwich v Huddersfield plus weekend games

Norwich on 33. Huddersfield on 36. I fell anything but a Norwich win is OK. Don't see Huddersfield really pushing for one of the auto spots, so any points dropped for Norwich can only be a good thing IMO. Rest of the weekends games. Blackburn Rovers v Reading Bristol City v Preston North...

2 points per game over 67 games

2015/16 season 46 games 89 points. 2016/17 season 21 games 45 points. Total 67 games 134 points. Exactly 2 points per game. Enough said I feel.

    Leeds v Villa

Draw would be a good result, but it's all very tight from 4th to 15th (could even go lower that that I guess). Only 6 points separating them all, and even then, another 3 points to Burton in 19th. The only real gaps are Rotherham being cut adrift, then us and Newcastle.

O/T - Recommendation for accountant in Haywards heath

Looking to change my accountant as I'm using a firm who aren't local to me. Looking for someone who can do book-keeping services, run the payroll, advise on VAT returns and produce annual accounts. I don't need a large firm as I want to deal with the same 1 or 2 people all the time. Thanks.
