I like the way Rugby use it. The ref asks a question when he wants clarity otherwise he makes the decisions as he sees them. More importantly I'd like to see the premier league issuing bans after a game for certain actions which haven't been punished accordingly by the matchday ref

I think collectively it is a good message to send to the squad that those applying themselves in training and supporting the progress that the manager is trying to develop will get game time. Sanchez starting sends the right sort of message that anyone in the squad has a chance if they work hard

But if we do include them we have 13 of our 27 players in positions that occupy only 5/11 positions on the pitch in our most likely formation. That leaves just 14 defender/goalkeepers for the remaining 6 positions. #need another defender

Very much this, having a side in the Belgian Premier League would be a great place to send loanee's at the top end of their loan development process.
