Pushing SW quite hard today- just bought row z. I was told they are splitting South concourse- flexible for cup games: half away, half home- hopefully full Harvey's pints!!
There seems to be a concerted mark up for the playoffs lately too. Don't know the WHam prices, but tickets for Crewe are £40-60+ plus booking fee rip off. Quite a lot if you are normally paying £18 in the bottom flight.
There does seem to be a general dip in ticket sales - recession or...
Not many Chelsea tractors and ladies that lunch on the Lewes Road.... generally another kind of lady. Have seen few Chelsea fans getting in their white vans though.
I am sure it was the usual 50 arseholes who turn up for the big games- everyone seems to have them unfortunately. Shame to hear about the Wrexham lad roughed up by racists in his own end at the same game too. Lots of fans wishing they could produce a Brighton Family atmosphere instead.
Poor old Simeon, you used to put a few words together years back on the list, you were even worth reading, now you have mutated into some kind of teenage keyboard ninja warrior insult merchant....
because some other people voted in a poll for Luton......:nono:
Never mind top flight crowds...
Because Wrexham fans attacked the Luton end after losing today's playoff, as Luton morons did after losing the play off with York in 2010. Which is the context for the clip YOU selected.
And because the majority of all fans of the clubs involved were appallled.
Has hooliganism been eradicated and only now takes place at Luton games?
You could balance this with film of Wrexham morons doing the same thing to Luton fans this evening. Most Wrexham fans as upset today as Luton fans were about those disgusting scenes you have posted. Which the conference...
Err, cos I was born there before moving to Brighton.... and they offered a template to provincial clubs who wanted to play football properly and successfully (until about 1999).
And cos they also got the Archer ground f*** treatment, from which they are still recovering.
Nothing in common with...
Thanks RM- no fault of yours the tickets seem to be going o the back of the queue first. I am due in 17th May- who knows what scrapings will be left then. It does not seem fair that only row A North or the corners of ESU will be left for those in the queue since August.
Much more likely to be about selling the most expensive seats first!
I was one of the faithful dropped from the waiting list for some unknown reason. but a good call to someone at customer services has restored my faith. Not impressed with the season ticket appointment bookers - obviously...
Or the other 7000 long suffering fans thinking look at those arseholes trashing the reputation of our proud club.
York City haven't been chased off the field be other angry fans from other clubs have they?
