I agree, if they sell their young talent to other clubs in the EPL it would surely strengthen the competition within the league. Which is why the 'big clubs' don't want it.

Are the EPL in panic mode trying to please the incoming regulator? Does the game need a regulator? Who will be involved? I am not in favour of a regulator as history tells us that they mostly get corrupted by the industry they are supposed to regulate (an example the water companies). Similarly...
