I Trust the TB and PBOBE process. I cannot see that Kieran McKenna is the only name on "The List"
They must have a best - least worst outcome and GP will, I think. sit somewhere in the middle.
Personally I think he will come back as interim/pre-season manager, probably do a good job, then...
In comparison to the absolute Shirt show going on at Cha-Ching-sea, I would say Brighton is an "easy life".
TB and PBOBE are not ones to stand in the way of ambition, at their estimated value of course. I wonder if they are inclined to reinstate someone who's ambition is outside their ability.
Maybe but ego and self belief are also great motivators, if he believes he can turn the Chelsea Circus into ECL or a domestic trophy winning side then that will affect his decision. That may change after a week when the owners start planning his team talks and team selection.
Not sure TB or PBOBE does any wiggling and I get the impression that RDZ is a "give him an inch and......" kind of guy.
That said its a 7 from me 14th highest wage bill and 11th in the table, which given our average position of 14th is not the heights of the previous 2 seasons but fully expect...
On the bright side I thought Moder had a good game.
I will quote GP "you are never as good as they say you are and you are never as bad as they say you are"
I trust in TB and PB. They will have had a plan for this since RDZ failed to sign a new deal.
If they believe GP is the man I will accept it and support the club as I have always done.
Maybe this is the reason why he didn't go to Ajax.
The appointment should made be for footballing reasons and...
I think it is an unnecessary level of football bureaucracy.
It is inconsistent as at older grounds the camera view is not always accurate (Lewis at Everton, Pervis at Palace)
I am told that it gets more right than wrong!! Isn't that the case of most officials throughout the EFL?
A PGMOL letter...
Offside was designed to stop goal hanging not to decide if the strikers leg hair was longer than the defenders!! That added to the fact that for some play is allowed to develop while others the flag is raised immediately with no TV scrutiny.
Without VAR bad official's decisions seem to even out...
My subjective view is that the EPL Brand needs a title race for selling TV rights around the world. In both the Arsenal and City games the officiating was biased towards those clubs with the intent of maintaining the "title Race".
The penalty decisions for Arsenal and against The Albion tonight...
I Couldn't agree more, I was there at the Preistfield in the pouring rain watching us get beat by "Macclesfield", we have been in worse positions and had to worry about more than just who the manager might be!!
