[Albion] Mac Allister in the Argentina squad.

If he plays it counts towards getting a work permit doesn't it?

    [Travel] Electric bikes

Absolutely! I use analogue and digital as some people can get offended when I call them antique bikes. Could you not top it up like I did? Work did our scheme through Evans so I got the £1000 voucher through work, they also had a deal where if I traded in any bike I could get £250 of the bike...

    [Travel] Electric bikes

As I've said on other threads they are a fantastic invention. My commute is from Peacehaven to Brighton Station so pretty much bang on 9 miles, I can do it in about 35 minutes whether that's along the undercliff walk or along the coast road, there is no way I'd be able to do it on an analogue...

[Albion] How many ‘appy ‘ammers did you have near you?

One in the ESU but he does have a season ticket so I will let him off.

    [Albion] Jack Wheelchair

I was genuinely surprised when I heard that he was subbed off at half time, mainly because I had no idea he was actually on the pitch for the first half.

Up another spot now that Jan wasn't the man for Huddersfield.

[Finance] Best way to help kids get on property market

I was fortunate enough to be able to move back in with my parents for a few years when I was in my early twenties, along with my then girlfriend (now wife), and was able to save up £1000 a month between us to save up a few grand for a deposit. Now we've got an 18 month old I've just been offered...

[Travel] Day trip to Bath - very much recommended.

It still runs twice a day, roughly 0900 and 1700 off of Brighton but only as far as Bristol these days. It used to go through to Cardiff on a Sunday until recently, not sure if it still does or not.

    [Albion] Bus stop Albion!!

I think they're taking the Michael a little bit, reminding us of how much we parked the bus last year.

[Albion] To Avoid Potter Bashing - the staying up tracker - season 2019-2020 Game 38 UPDATE

Waiting for this thread to be updated is similar to waiting for VAR to be checked. It doesn't seem official until its on the graph.

For full Wigan it needs to be in a buttered barm cake.

[Travel] Call for London to be car-free by 2030 - "e-scooters for everyone"

No, they'll be programmed to self destruct if they go through a red light. Or just electrocute the rider, we don't want to waste a perfectly good scooter.

[Misc] It’s too hot to work

Something like this? Or the more traditional split air con system that has a small unit on the wall but needs a huge box outside somewhere that actually does the work?

[Misc] It’s too hot to work

Rode along the coast road and it genuinely felt like I was sitting in front of a fan heater.

[Misc] It’s too hot to work

Air conditioned office for me as well, with a nice 9 mile ride home at half 4 to contend with. I had to walk down the yard earlier on, it's only half a mile from where I am to the shed and I was sweating buckets by the time I'd got back.

[Travel] Too Hot For Trains Tomorrow.

Continously Welded Rail is used in most places these days, fine for the 360 days a year it isn't this warm but there just isn't the expansion room compared to the old jointed track.

[Travel] Too Hot For Trains Tomorrow.

Well here is the link to the French railways website outlining the same thing that we have introduced, would you like me to go and have a look and see if I can find the Belgian one as well? Edit: Belgian updates for you as well, because I'm bored.

One of my favourite things about Clayton Tunnel is the Northern portal. And to quote Wikipedia, the Southern portal is relatively unremarkable.
