I searched for "best players outside top 6" because, you know, that was the question being asked. The first result has Zaha as 3rd best, the second result has Zaha at 1st, the third result has Zaha at 1st, etc.

If you repeat this enough times you might even be able to convince yourself!

I haven't said anything at all about Jahanbakhsh. There are certainly some excellent signings on that list, but none of them are in the same ballpark as a player like Meyer signing for a club like Palace. Mahrez is an excellent signing, but City are expected to sign players of that standard...
