Good to see your back on form, great run on Saturday.
Being back on the table has given me the incentive to go out in the freezing cold today which is fun and do some interval training which really isn’t.
Can’t make it tomorrow. I believe it is behind Tesco’s where you can park for free for 2 hours but not sure of details as only heard about this an hour ago. I’ll try to head down next week if you fancy a jog round.
Lewes park run kicks off at Malling field tomorrow. Could prove to be a fast course on flat ground with Harvey’s brewery shop conveniently close providing refreshment.
Jeez that’s close. Always good to be beaten by a rival by the smallest of margins after you think you’ve won.
I’m sure he’ll never mention it again....
I finished on 1007 miles. I’m so grateful to have a love of running it’s been an invaluable release this year.
Happy New Year fellow runners. Look forward to actually running some races together again in 2021.
Thanks. The Myzone app monitors how you train and then suggests targeted workouts. I haven’t used it as waiting for the strap but have heard good things.

I haven’t tried MAF and struggle to run deliberately slowly but would be good to see how you get on.
Connolly is very effective against sides trying to play a high game against us. His finishing and awareness of those around him isn’t great but would hope it would improve.
Potter should have subbed him when they went down to 10 and started sitting back.
I have an Austin Healey Sprite which is the same car. I rarely drive it as very much a summer only past time with 60’s untreated steel not loving the rain. You need to be agile and not fat just to get in the thing and there are height issues. The drive is compact and slow but there are lots of...
Was hoping to do a real race on Sunday but was dependant on Kent coming out of tier 3. Which means I’ve only competed in 1 legitimate race this year which was the hugely enjoyable Bedgebury 10 with generous numbers of NSC participants.
1 race, 4 park runs and will hit my 1k total miles target...
Same. Took advantage of the perfect conditions for a 10 miler from Lewes to the Amex where security stopped me from running round the ground due to COVID restrictions and back. The views from Kingston Ridge were well worth the slog to get up there.
