Not sure you're right about vicente. He was pushed right up front and clearly tasked with holding the ball - which he did. Unlike Cms who was like teflon today.

We'd lost 10 games at this point last year. We're harder to beat this season. Just need to be more clinical in front of goal and some of those draws will become 3 points - and we're in the playoffs.

Would have been very handy if that had gone in. Both dropping two points would have been ideal.

Totally agree - and this threat would be the deterent needed I suspect. Better to bob up and down the leagues like clubs always have than risk it all going for the top and knowing you have administration there to save you (at the expense of all your creditors). I think a far more punitive regime...

HMV go bust and into administration they go out of business. A football club glibly do it and are deducted 10 points. They go out of business, they start again at the bottom of the pyramid - simple as that. That would stop it pretty quickly.

That report takes a very casual attitude to adminstration doesn't it. It almost feel like they suggesting Swindon will just do some business type procedure to ditch some debt. Downside is a points deduction - how terrible. The complete implication is that they'll dump the debt, take the points...

I know what you mean Simster but I see Middlesborough and Palace imploding second half and I think Millwall have done as well as they can. If we improve a few percent, we'll be comfortably in the play-offs. The Litmus - I guess - will be the games we play against those above us in the next few...
