I've not read the whole thread but there are harsh punishments for running on the pitch plus those identified would almost certainly lose their season tickets, if holders.
Also, what if the nightmare happens and Palace win with a last min winner. Would our wonderful fans just applaud their...
Was coming back from Vicky today on the 4.15 (or something like) which is fast from East Croydon and imagining what it'll be like on that night.
TBH the train is pretty full anyway with commuters/shoppers etc. Will be very crowded, get on at Victoria and bag a seat.
Incidentally, whilst on TV dramas, there's the 2nd part of one on BBC1 tonight, Fields of Blood I think it's called.
Set in Scotland in 1982 about a child killing. The lead role of a junior reporter is very well acted.
Would the police really have left him alone in the room with this woman?
Surely, as one who had killed, he could have done so again or used her as a hostage. Did this bit really run true?
Kit Napier scored at least 2 goals direct from corners and from different sides, truly two footed.
The only great goal I remember Dave Armstrong scoring was the late equaliser v Hartlepool, his usual speedy run but this time he actually caught the ball right.

Upton = Gilliver, Wilkinson & Smith confirmed.
Great pics and a great LC run. My 1st over 30k crowd and I was on the east as couldn't get my usual infron of west. Note the toilet roll streamers thrown from the North.
We twice led but Wolves ran out 3-2 winners.

Now I'm excited!
Must admit to knowing very little of him but seeing those skills, and the quality of players we was with, makes me realise just what a talent we have signed.
Just a little aside but yesterday, with no match to watch, I saw SD Jnr in Robin & the Seven Hoods on BBC2.
1st time I'd seen it, enjoyable enougth also starring Frank Sinatra, Deam Martin & Bing Crosby.
Have had this as my screen saver since 1st posted, not the best quality when blown up.
Anyway, just looking across to the east stand and hardly anybody looks as though they've actually witnessed us scoring. Strange.
Have now saved to my pooter and would love to add more pics from that era, if...
I's ever so slightly give it to 71/72, my 1st promotion.
This is only just ahead of 76/77, which was folowed by 2 more great seasons.
Hat's off to the person who went for the protest season(s). It's another age now but we really trailblazed away and united in the fight to save our club and...
