My reading of that article is that people like Dean and Malcolm are not mentioned because Dick was not the sole (or at least majority) reason for their involvement with the Albion - the list is purely people for whom we can wholeheartedly say Dick takes a lot of credit for.

Oh and I'd just like to point out that despite the quality of the season just passed, Albion never lost a game immediately after we recorded the podcast. Now that's an omen. :)
