MK Dons (other than Southampton) would have been the last game that had 2000+ fans, with 6400 at Villa I think it could work. This depends on whether the part time fans know how it goes of course.

If you look from the train station at Aston trains leave more regularly there is one that leaves at 14 past which will get you to Birmingham for 21 past leaving plenty of time to get the next train to London or Watford.
