As much I'm happy with Slade signing the two year deal. Why am I still feeling we missed a beat with Gannon, ok I wasn't expected him to be made redundant but if Slade didn't keep us up does anyone think Gannon would of come here if we were in League Two?
If we end up like last summer and replace management again, i will literally jump off Beachy Head. Slade has done a tremendous job and got us to play some atttractive football so why the need for change with a man who has single handily kept us up when we were dead buried in March!!
I would love to keep Slade, but I honestly don't think the Blooms see the future with him and they want their own man in charge, and it looks like they're going to put a blocker on any contract forthcoming to Slade, if the rumours are true about wise.
He seems alot fitter and lost alot weight under Slade, hopefully with a good pre-season under his belt we'll see the old Mcleod back. In which we did see at the start of this season, untill he picked up that rather bad looking knee injury against Barnet back in August.
I really think it is to tough to call, but on form alone I think Leeds will finally make it back to the Championship, but this is the play-offs anything can happen.
The Dennis Wise and Poyet rumours have been going round for months ever since Slade took charge. I would love to keep Slade, but if we lose the Blooms we're totally f***ed so DK is in a tight hole here.....
Sounds promising. God knows how the Gilligan Stand has survived all these years, so I'll be very happy to see it knocked down and something more modern in its place.
If Carlisle are winning and we need one goal. Kuipers comes up and scores with a header, then I expect a mass pitch invasion. (this is the awful dream I have had for the past three days) :(
This is truely awful for them, for a such a well run club to this is such a shame. I really do hope they can pull through this, but it doesn't look good.
