I wouldn't mention it and when asked about notice period say "one month, but I can probably negotiate that as the company is struggling a bit". To be honest, I've done exactly that myself in the past. They're not going to ask "have you been let go by your company?".

I love RDZ and think he's a great fit for us, especially given his willingness to play the youth. Moving to a Barca or a Chelsea is a disaster waiting to happen for him... sky high expectations that he won't like or meet. I predict it won't work out.
A friend of mine is a regular at Northampton and says he's definitely NOT shithouse. Their best player and way too good for League 1. I suspect he'll get some game time in pre-season with us.
